One friend was asking me for the photos of our products. So I thought it's better for me to post it in my blog here in case some customers do ask for pictures. We used 2 different types of bottles which are clean due to hygiene purpose. Unless there is special request to add in more lees /hong chao (refer to below 1st picture at the bottom of my blog), this is the usual way we bottle our wine for our customers.

 

 

Last weekend was super busy as we have a few deliveries to make plus we need to meet my boy's enrichment schedule and handle the twin babies at home, it's really really really exhausting for us. Thank you to all my customers who have been very accommodating to our delivery timing. Due to overwhelming response, we are closed for pre-orders for the month of Nov & Dec 2016. For those customers who are delivering in Dec, CONGRATULATIONS!! I am in the same shoes as you too..... (feeling nervous & excited!!)

As the year 2016 comes to an end, we have started to take in orders for collection in Jan 2017 now. As we face high rising operational and capital costs, please note that for new orders each bottle will be $18 (either white/yellow or red).

Confinement rice wine lees

Do we sell the hongzhao paste (glutinous rice wine lees)?

Yes, we do. Below is a picture of one bowl sample prepared for one of my customer. Note the black rice is the red rice barn used when we make the confinement rice wine.

$10 per bowl and this must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance. Please enquire by SMS or Whatsapp at 98163526 for availability.

Special announcement: We are unable to do wine delivery from 1 Dec 2016 to 31 Jan 2017. I am expected to be in labor during that period and with my boy going into primary 1, we are unable to find time. However you can still do self-collection at my mum's place as we understand it is difficult to find good quality confinement rice wine like ours. Please continue to order from us and we will try to resume delivery service as soon as possible once we are more settled.

White/yellow confinement rice wine

The colour is slightly yellowish and it belongs to the sweet type (though not as sweet as the red type based on customer's feedback). Note this is not ginger wine.
